Hi, I'm Anne Haug
Owner of Golden Heart Photography. I've been photographing maternity, newborns and families in Flemington, NJ since 2009.
When my daughter was three, she looked through our wedding album and asked, “Where am I?”
She wanted to see herself in the artwork displayed in our home. That moment changed the way I saw photographs. They weren’t just images, they were a powerful reminder of belonging.
I’ve owned Golden Heart Photography in Hunterdon County, NJ, since 2009. After years of creating mostly digital images, that experience inspired me to focus on meaningful artwork families can hold, see and live with every day.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me gardening, drinking coffee, chauffeuring kids or being present with my family: Charlie, Chase, Landon, Scarlett, Parker and Harley. Our favorite tradition is a week away each year at a ranch in upstate New York.
I love giving back because this community is so kind, involved and genuine. I’m proud to support the organizations that make Hunterdon County feel like home.

I meet with the family in their home or at my studio first to measure wall spaces and plan wardrobes. We design a plan for wall artwork to fit their home's specific style before the photo session.

The Cinematic Reveal
The family sees their portraits for the first time on a cinema-sized screen at their ordering appointment. It's an emotional, celebrated event where I guide them through the selection process so they're never overwhelmed.

Finished Heirloom Art
I handle every detail from concept to final delivery. The winner receives finished, museum-quality artwork ready to be enjoyed on their walls, not files that get stuck on a hard drive.
